2016年公司提前進行產業布局，全資子公司新泰材料主要從事六氟磷酸鋰、氟鋁酸鈉、氟化鹽系列產品（氟硼酸鉀、氟鈦酸鉀、氟鋯酸鉀）、鹽酸、氯化鈣、氯化鈉的研發、生產和銷售。其中六氟磷酸鋰是鋰電池的重要原材料。
2021年公司通過合作投資的方式建設年產能 10000 噸的六氟磷酸鋰擴產項目。
2022年公司積極籌建規劃年產30000噸六氟磷酸鋰及其他重要化工產品，將為公司未來發展打開新的空間。
天際股份新能源業務板塊聚焦新能源電池新材料業務。獲得國家高新技術企業稱號，是動力電池、儲能電池、3C電池電解液的核心材料。
目前公司6F產能8160噸，4款添加劑產品約2000噸。2022年上半年投產的在建6F項目1萬噸，預計2023年投產6F 3萬噸。

In 2016, the company carried out industrial layout in advance. Xintai materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of lithium hexafluorophosphate, sodium fluoroaluminate, fluoride salt series products (potassium fluoroborate, potassium fluorotitanate, potassium fluorozirconate), hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride and sodium chloride. Lithium hexafluorophosphate is an important raw material for lithium batteries.
In 2021, the company will build an expansion project of lithium hexafluorophosphate with an annual capacity of 10000 tons through cooperative investment.
In 2022, the company actively plans to produce 30000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and other important chemical products, which will open a new space for the future development of the company.
